Are all your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, we only sell 100% official products sourced directly from South Korean distributors. All album sales are reflected in the HANTEO and GAON charts.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that pre-order items will ship once they are released and arrive at our warehouse.
Will my album include the pre-order benefits?
Pre-order benefits (POBs) such as posters, special photocards, or mini-books are included only for orders placed during the pre-order period, subject to limited availability.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. To process a claim, an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage is required.
How do you protect albums during shipping?
We take great care in packaging. All albums are wrapped in thick layers of bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings and damage.
